Abstract

INDONESIA : Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) merupakan partai berpengaruh di Kabupaten Bandung, Pileg tahun 2019 PKS mendapatkan suara terbanyak kedua setelah Partai Golkar dengan jumlah 10 kursi Parlemen, PKS juga sebagai partai petahana karena salahsatu Wakil Bupati sebelumnya adalah kader PKS. Hal ini seharusnya memberi kekuatan dan peluang yang besar bagi PKS untuk memenangkan Pilbup Kabupaten Bandung tahun 2020. Kenyataannya, PKS tidak bisa mengusung dan justru berkoalisi dengan partai lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui sejauhmana kekuatan dan strategi koalisi PKS, Proses koalisi PKS, juga Kedudukan PKS dalam koalisi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yaitu suatu jenis data kualitatif dalam mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan mengungkapkan peristiwa yang terjadi dilapangan. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan PKS tidak memenuhi persyaratan pencalonan sehingga berkoalisi dan mendukung kader dari partai lain, proses koalisi tersebut melihat dari peluang menangnya calon. Disamping itu, kedudukan PKS dalam koalisi tersebut yang seharusnya menempati strategis tetapi hanya sebagai pelaksana pemenangan saja. ENGLISH : The party for justice (PKS) was the influential party in bandung district, pileg in 2019 PKS got the second-most votes after the golkar party for 10 seats of parliament, the PKS as well as the provincial party because one of the former vice regent was a cadre PKS. This gives the PKS great power and opportunity to win the pilp of the 2020 bandung. In fact, the PKS could not compel out any of his colleagues. The goal is to know the full extent of the strengths and strategies of the PKS coalition, the PKS coalition process, and the PKS's position in the coalition. The study USES a qualitative approach with a descriptive method in which a kind of qualitative data is describing, analyzing, and revealing events in the field. The data source used is the primary and secondary data source. Data-collecting techniques using interview techniques, observation, and library studies. Research shows that the PKS did not meet the nomination requirements so that the coalition supported cadets of other parties.
