Abstract

Banyaknya calon santri baru yang masuk setiap tahun menimbulkan kesulitan bagi PPM Al-Ihsan dalam menyeleksi calon santri baru. Selain dari pada itu PPM Al-Ihsan juga ingin mendapatkan santri berkualitas dengan kapasitas yang terbatas serta pendokumentasian data calon santri baru dengan mudah dan jelas. Tujuan sistem ini adalah merancang sistem yang dapat menghasilkan santri dengan nilai yang optimal dan dapat mendokumentasikan data hasil seleksi calon santri baru. Proses penilaian calon santri baru menggunakan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory yang selanjutnya masuk ke tahap proses penyeleksian. Sehingga nilai akhir dari calon santri baru akan menjadi acuan untuk masuk ke dalam proses seleksi yang hasilnya akan menjadi informasi rekapitulasi kelulusan calon santri baru. Sistem aplikasi mampu menghasilkan calon santri baru yang berkualitas dengan nilai yang optimal menggunakan metode MAUT serta pendokumentasian data hasil seleksi calon santri baru yang mudah dan jelas. The number of prospective new santri who enter each year always raises it is difficult for PPM Al-Ihsan in selecting new prospective students. Apart from that PPM Al-Ihsan also want to get quality santri with limited capacity and documentation of prospective santri’s data with easy and clear. The purpose of this system is to design a system that can produce santri with the optimal value and can document the results of new santri candidates. The process of appraising prospective santri using Multi Attribute Utility Theory method which then goes into the selection process stage. So that the final value of prospective new santri will be a reference to enter into the selection process which the results will be the information recapitulation of prospective new santri graduation. Application system capable of producing prospective new santri quality with optimal value using MAUT method and documentation of the result of selection of new prospective santri with easy and clear.
