Abstract
Tanaman sayuran daun yang dibudidayakan oleh petani di Indonesia beberapa diantaranya adalah bayam, caisim, dan selada. Ketiga tanaman sayuran ini selain mengandung nilai gizi yang tinggi juga memiliki prospek yang cukup menjanjikan di pasar domestik maupun pasar internasional. Meskipun produksi tanaman sayuran meningkat namun Indonesia masih impor beberapa komoditas sayuran. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa produksi sayuran di Indonesia perlu ditingkatkan. Sistem hidroponik autopot dengan pemberian nutrisi yang tepat mampu meningkatkan produksi tanaman sayuran daun tanpa terpengaruhi keterbatasan lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi antara nilai EC dan jenis tanaman sayuran serta mengetahui nilai EC dan jenis tanaman terbaik terhadap hasil dari kombinasi perlakuan. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca Ciparanje, Jatinangor, Sumedang pada tanggal 16 Juli – 17 September 2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial dengan dua faktor , faktor pertama adalah berbagai nilai EC (n0 =tanpa nutrisi; n1=0,8; n2=1; n3=1,2; ,n4=1,4; n5=1,6; n6=1,8; n7=2) dan faktor kedua adalah jenis tanaman sayuran (s1=bayam, s2=caisim, s3=selada) sehingga terdapat 24 kombinasi perlakuan dengan empat populasi yang diulang tiga kali. Uji lanjut yang digunakan adalah Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan (UJBD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi interaksi antara berbagai nilai EC dan jenis tanaman sayuran pada parameter berat kering dengan nilai tertinggi pada perlakuan EC 2 mS cm-1dengan bayam dan caisim.Kemudian terjadi interaksi pada parameter luas daun pada perlakuan EC 2 mS cm-1dan selada . These three types of leafy vegetables containing high nutritional value also has a promising prospect in the domestic and international markets. Although leafy vegetables production increased but Indonesia still imported. This shows the production of leafy vegetables in Indonesia have to increase. Hydroponic autopot system with the optimum application nutritions can increase the production of leaf vegetable crops without dependence on the land availability. This study aims to determine the interaction between EC values and types of leafy vegetables and to know the best EC value and types of leafy vegetables by on growth and yield. This research has conducted at Green Houses Ciparanje, Jatinangor, Sumedang on 16th July – 17th September 2017. The method used was a factorial completely randomized design with two factors, first factor is values of EC (n0 =without nutrition; n1=0,8; n2=1; n3=1,2; ,n4=1,4; n5=1,6; n6=1,8;n7=2) and second factor is types of leafy vegetables (s1=spinach, s2=mustard, s3=lettuce) so there are 24 treatment combinations with 4 populations and 3 replicates. posthoct test used Duncan’s multiple range test. The results show that there is interaction between EC values and types of leaf vegetable crop by dry weight with the highest value on tretment of 2 mS cm-1 with spinach and mustard crops. Then there was interaction on leaf area parameters on treatment of 2 mS cm- 1and lettuce. EC 2 mS cm-1gave the best results for mustard crop.
