Abstract
Permasalahan polusi udara di dunia yang semakin lama semakin meningkat ini salah satunya berasal dari pemrosesan pembuatan semen Portland. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi emisi CO2 yang dihasilkan oleh pembuatan semen Portland, dengan membuat bahan geopolimer sebagai bahan pengikat pengganti pada konstruksi bangunan. Pembuatan beton geopolimer yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia ini juga sekaligus mengurangi limbah keramik yang tertimbun dan tak terpakai, agar limbah keramik juga dapat digunakan kembali. NaOH divariasi pada 10 molar dan 12 molar dengan variasi Na2SiO3 dan variasi fly ash pada penambahan prekursor. Analisis yang dilakukan yakni terkait XRD, XRF, SEM, porositas, ketahanan aus, penyerapan air dan kuat tekan. Nilai kuat tekan berdasarkan SNI 03-0349-1989 yang dihasilkan paling baik ada pada 12 molar yakni 25.2 Mpa dengan curing beton di 28 hari yang termasuk mutu 1, dan yang terendah ada pada 10 molar yakni 3.05 Mpa dengan curing beton 14 hari yang termasuk mutu 4. The problem of air pollution in the world which is increasing day by day, one of which comes from the processing of Portland cement. This study aims to reduce CO2 emissions produced by the manufacture of Portland cement, by making geopolymer materials as substitute binders in building construction. The manufacture of geopolymer concrete in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard also reduces the buried and unused ceramic waste, so that ceramic waste can also be reused. NaOH was varied at 10 molars and 12 molars with variations in Na2SiO3 and variations in fly ash on the addition of precursors. The analysis carried out is related to XRD, XRF, SEM porosity, wear resistance, water absorption and compressive strength. The best compressive strength value based on SNI 03-0349-1989 is at 12 molars, namely 25.2 Mpa with concrete curing at 28 days which is included in the quality 1, and the lowest is at 10 molars, namely 3.05 Mpa with concrete curing for 14 days, which includes quality 4.
