Abstract

INDONESIA : Lembaga pendidikan madrasah merupakan salah satu bagian dari pendidikan formal yang memberikan pelayanan kepada peserta didik yang mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dengan adanya pendidikan peserta didik dengan mudah dapat mengikuti kegiatan belajar sehingga dapat mengembangkan kemampuan yang dimilikinya melalui proses pembelajaran. Terselenggaranya bimbingan dan konseling di madrasah dalam bentuk terpenuhinya akomodasi untuk mencapai tahap perkembangan peserta didik akan memudahkan terwujudnya pengaktualisasian potensi peserta didik secara maksimal. Peserta didik pada tahap menengah pertama merupakan insan yang dalam masa peralihan menuju ke tahap dewasa.Untukmencapaitahaptersebuttentunyadibutuhkanfasilitasdengan unsur edukasi, yaitu bimbingan dan konseling. Pelaksanaan kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling di suatu madrasah secara benar dan terarah maka perlunya sebuah manajemen. Dengan adanya manajemen bimbingan dan konseling dapat dilaksanakan segala fungsinya dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi perencanaan program bimbingan dan konseling di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Informatika Kota Bandung, mengidentifikasi pengorganisasian manajemen bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran bimbingan dan konseling di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Informatika Kota Bandung, menggambarkan pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Informatika Kota Bandung, dan menggambarkan pengendalian/evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Informatika Kota Bandung. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan focus group discussion (FDG). Sebagai triangulasi sumber dilakukan wawancara mendalam dengan informan lainnya yaitu Kepala Madrasah, guru Bimbingan dan Konseling, Wakil Kepala Madrasah bagian kurikulum, dan peserta didik. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara sistematis fakta atau karakteristik bidang tertentu secara faktual dan cermat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) strategi perencanaan program bimbingan dai n konseling, (2) pengorganisasian manajemen bimbingan dan konseling, (3) pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling, (4) pengendalian/evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Informatika Kota Bandung belum berjalan secara maksimal. ENGLISH : Madrasa educational institutions are a part of formal education that provides services to students who take part in teaching and learning activities. With education, students can easily participate in learning activities so that they can develop their abilities through the learning process. The implementation of guidance and counseling in madrasas in the form of fulfilling accommodations to reach the stage of development of students will facilitate the realization of the maximum potential of students. Students in the junior secondary stage are people who are in transition to the adult stage. To reach this stage, of course, facilities with educational elements are needed, namely guidance and counseling. The implementation of guidance and counseling activities in a madrasah is correct and directed, so the need for management. With the management of guidance and counseling can be carried out all its functions properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy for planning the guidance and counseling program at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Informatika Bandung City, identify the organization of guidance and counseling management to improve the quality of guidance and counseling learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Informatics Bandung City, describe the implementation of the guidance and counseling program to improve the quality of guidance and counseling services counseling at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Informatics Bandung City, and describes the control/evaluation of guidance and counseling programs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Informatics Bandung City. The research method used is using a descriptive qualitative approach. This study uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observation and focus group discussion (FDG). As source triangulation, in-depth interviews were carried out with other informants, namely the Madrasah Head, Guidance and Counseling teachers, Deputy Head of Madrasah in the curriculum section, and students. This method aims to systematically describe the facts or characteristics of a particular field factually and accurately. The results showed that (1) planning strategies for guidance and counseling programs, (2) organizing guidance and counseling management, (3) implementation of guidance and counseling programs, (4) control/evaluation of guidance and counseling programs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Informatika Bandung City had not run to the fullest.
