Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena penyertaan modal yang masih terbatas sehingga mempengaruhi kemampuan BUMDes Mandala Mekar dalam mengembangkan usahanya, kemudian kurangnya upaya komunikasi dan sosialisasi yang efektif mengenai BUMDes menyebabkan banyak masyarakat desa belum sepenuhnya memahami dan terlibat dalam kegiatan BUMDes, dan keterbatasan SDM yang ada, dengan jumlah staf yang sedikit mengakibatkan terbatasnya keahlian dan pengetahuan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masih rendahnya implementasi program BUMDes pada masyarakat, sehingga akan berpengaruh pada perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa besar pengaruh implementasi BUMDes terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Cimekar Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori implementasi dari G. Shabbir Cheema dan Dennis A. Rondinelli yang terdiri dari empat dimensi yaitu kondisi lingkungan, hubungan antar organisasi, sumber daya organisasi dan karakteristik dan kemampuan agen pelaksana. Sedangkan variabel perekonomian masyarakat menggunakan teori dalam buku Hasan dan Aziz yang terdiri dari empat dimensi yaitu tesedia lapangan kerja, pendapatan meningkat, kebutuhan terpenuhi dan meningkatkan taraf hidup, dan kemampuan berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan ekonomi Desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dengan marginal error 15% berdasarkan teori Arikunto sehingga sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 44 responden. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear sederhana, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 25.0 dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi BUMDes berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Cimekar Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung. Dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. Implementasi BUMDes (variabel bebas) sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut < 0,05 serta nilai koefisien regresi variabel implementasi BUMDes bernilai positif yaitu sebesar 0,437. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel implementasi BUMDes berkontribusi positif bagi perekonomian masyarakat Desa Cimekar, sehingga makin meningkat implementasi BUMDes maka makin melambung perekonomian masyarakat. ABSTRACT Windy Sri Astuti E: "The Influence Of The Implementation Of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) On The Community Economy In Cimekar Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency" This research is motivated by the limited capital investment that affects the ability of BUMDes Mandala Mekar to develop its business, then the lack of effective communication and socialization efforts regarding BUMDes causes many village communities not to fully understand and be involved in BUMDes activities, and the limited human resources available, in terms of the number of low staff resulting in limited skills and knowledge. This shows that the implementation of the BUMDes program in the community is still low, so it will have an impact on the local community's economy. This research aims to identify how much influence the implementation of BUMDes has on the community economy in Cimekar Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The theory used in this research is the implementation theory from G. Shabbir Cheema and Dennis A. Rondinelli which consists of four dimensions, namely environmental conditions, inter-organizational relationships, organizational resources and the characteristics and abilities of implementing agents. Meanwhile, the community economic variables use the theory in Hasan and Aziz's book which consists of four dimensions, namely the availability of employment opportunities, increased income, needs met and improved living standards, and the ability to participate in village economic development. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This research used simple random sampling with a marginal error of 15% based on Arikunto's theory so that the sample obtained was 44 respondents. The statistical tests used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis tests, and coefficient of determination analysis. Data processing using SPSS software version 25.0 and Microsoft Excel. The results of this research show that the implementation of BUMDes has a significant effect on improving the economy of the community in Cimekar Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. It can be proven by the Sig value. BUMDes implementation (independent variable) is 0.000 where the value is <0.05 and the regression coefficient value of the BUMDes implementation variable is positive, namely 0.437. This shows that the BUMDes implementation variable contributes positively to the economy of the Cimekar Village community, so that the more BUMDes implementation increases, the more the community's economy will soar.
