Abstract

INDONESIA Masa remaja merupakan masa krisis identitas dan seringkali memiliki ketidakpastian untuk masa depan. Ketidakmampuan remaja untuk mengembangkan pandangan yang realistis dan terperinci pada masa depan dapat mengakibatkan masalah yang beragam. Keputusan dalam orientasi masa depan tidak akan terlepas dari individu dan pentingnya peran keluarga, teman, dan lingkungan sosialnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa dukungan sosial dan self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap orientasi masa depan remaja MA Al-Mukhlisin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Subjek yang berpartisipasi sebanyak 175 siswa di MA Al-Mukhlisin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari dukungan sosial dan self-efficacy secara bersama-sama terhadap orientasi masa depan. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya dukungan dari keluarga dan self-efficacy yang berpengaruh secara signifikan. ENGLISH Adolescence is a time of identity crisis and often uncertainty about the future. Adolescents' inability to develop a realistic and detailed view of the future can result in a variety of problems. Decisions regarding future orientation will not be separated from the individual and the important role of his family, friends and social environment. This research aims to find out that social support and self-efficacy have a significant effect on the future orientation of teenagers at MA Al-Mukhlisin. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The participating subjects were 175 students at MA Al-Mukhlisin. The research results show that there is a significant influence of social support and self-efficacy together on future orientation. Meanwhile, partially, only support from family and self-efficacy have a significant effect.
