Abstract

INDONESIA: Pengangguran masih menjadi masalah di Indonesia yang menuntut solusi inovatif salah satunya dengan peningkatan jumlah wirausahawan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi menjadi upaya untuk menciptakan generasi muda yang mampu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan sendiri. Namun, meskipun program-program seperti Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Lembaga Inkubator Kewirausahaan (UKM LIKM) di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati telah menarik minat mahasiswa, konsistensi dalam berwirausaha masih menjadi tantangan. Intensi berwirausaha menjadi kunci dalam memulai dan bertahan dalam usaha mandiri. Untuk meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhinya perlu dipertimbangkan. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu menyebutkan kemandirian dan psychological capital memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan intensi berwirausaha. Untuk itu peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti lebih lanjut pengaruh kemandirian dan psychological capital terhadap intensi berwirausaha khususnya pada anggota UKM LIKM UIN Sunan Gunung Djati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kausalitas dengan analisis regresi berganda. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 55 orang dari anggota UKM LIKM UIN Bandung yang berwirausaha. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh psychological capital dan kemandirian terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Sehingga kemandirian dan psychological capital diperlukan dalam meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa terutama pada anggota UKM LIKM UIN Bandung. ENGLISH: Unemployment remains a problem in Indonesia that demands innovative solutions, one of which is increasing the number of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship education at universities aims to create a young generation capable of generating their own employment opportunities. However, despite programs like the Student Activity Unit of the Entrepreneurship Incubator Institute (UKM LIKM) at the State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati attracting student interest, consistency in entrepreneurship remains a challenge. Entrepreneurial intention is key to starting and sustaining independent businesses. To enhance entrepreneurial intention, the factors that influence it need to be considered. Previous research has indicated that autonomyand psychological capital have a positive relationship with entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, the researcher is interested in further examining the influence of autonomy and psychological capital on entrepreneurial intention, specifically among members of UKM LIKM at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati. This study uses a causal method with multiple regression analysis. The subjects of this research are 55 members of UKM LIKM UIN Bandung who are engaged in entrepreneurial activities. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of psychological capital and autonomy on entrepreneurial intention. Thus, independence and psychological capital are essential in enhancing students' entrepreneurial intention, especially among members of UKM LIKM UIN Bandung.
