Abstract

Indonesia : Tanaman mentimun merupakan tanaman yang bisa ditanam di lahan basah ataupun kering. Dalam pertumbuhannya tanaman mentimun memperlukan unsur N, P, dan K dalam pertumbuhannya, namun kerap kali dosis yang diberikan tidak sesuai sehingga berefek buruk pada tanaman. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun adalah dengan pemupukan dengan metode neraca hara. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemupukan dengan metode neraca hara serta mendapatkan dosi N, P, dan K terbaik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan kelompok dengan 7 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu A = pemupukan metode standar; B = Pemupukan metode neraca hara; C = 10% pemupukan metode neraca hara; D = 20% pemupukan metode neraca hara,E = 30% pemupukan metode neraca hara; F = 40% pemupukan metode neraca hara; G = 50% pemupukan metode neraca hara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode neraca hara berpengaruh pada hasil panen tanaman mentimu pada parameter bobot buah pertanaman. Dosis neraca hara sesuai perhitungan dan metode neraca hara 10% dari perhitungan metode neraca hara merupakan metode hara terbaik dibandingkan konvensional English : Cucumber plants are plants that can be planted in wet or dry land. In its growth, cucumber plants need the elements N, P, and K for their growth, but often the doses given are not appropriate, which has a bad effect on the plants. Efforts that can be made to obtain growth and yields of cucumber plants are by fertilizing using the nutrient balance method. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of fertilization using the nutrient balance method and to obtain the best N, P and K doses. The method used in this research was a group design with 7 treatments and 4 replications, the treatments given were A = standard method fertilization; B = Nutrient balance method fertilization; C = 10% fertilization using nutrient balance method; D = 20% fertilization using the nutrient balance method, E = 30% fertilization using the nutrient balance method; F = 40% fertilization using the nutrient balance method; G = 50% fertilization using the nutrient balance method. The results of the research showed that the nutrient balance method had an effect on the yield of cucumber plants in terms of fruit weight parameters per planting.
