Abstract

To overcome the pollution that occurs in soil and water in the agricultural environment is the need for good soil and water conservation. This study aims to find a solution in overcoming the problems that exist around East Bandung located in the Village Cimencrang by analyzing directly the conditions that exist around the place of observation. The land where the East Bandung is located is urakan and paddy fields, so the surface is uneven. Problems found are the amount of garbage that is around the river, and often the dikes in the river broke down when rain fell with a great intensity. The collapse of this embankment causes the river water to flow in the paddy fields of the inhabitants. In addition, the state of the river located higher than the rice fields can cause water to overflow into the fields. To prevent the dam from being damaged, a casting can be done so that the dike becomes stronger to hold water when the water current rises. This conservation should be done gradually and sustainably in order to obtain good results.
