Abstract

INDONESIA: Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya kebutuhan bahan ajar matematika berbasis teknologi yang menarik, mudah digunakan, dan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman matematis serta meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Menjelaskan pengembangan E-Modul menggunakan Adobe Captivate berbasis PQ4R; (2) Mengetahui validitas E-Modul menggunakan Adobe Captivate berbasis PQ4R; (3) Mengetahui kepraktisan menggunakan Adobe Captivate berbasis PQ4R; (4) Mengetahui efektivitas E-Modul menggunakan Adobe Captivate berbasis PQ4R. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil validitas media dan materi, guru matematika dan peserta didik kelas VIII MTsN 11 Tasikmalaya tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh : (1) Proses pengembangan E-Modul berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tahapan model ADDIE; (2) Hasil validitas E-Modul dari ahli media diperoleh sangat valid dan dari ahli materi diperoleh sangat valid; (3) Kepraktisan E-Modul oleh guru diperoleh sangat praktis dan kepraktisan oleh peserta didik diperoleh sangat praktis; (4) Efektivitas setelah penggunaan E-Modul menggunakan Adobe Captivate berbasis PQ4R dalam pembelajaran matematika pada skala kecil dan skala besar memperoleh hasil efektiv. ENGLISH: The background of this research is the need for technology-based mathematics teaching materials that are engaging, easy to use, and capable of enhancing mathematical understanding as well as increasing student motivation. This study aims to: (1) Explain the development of an E-Module using Adobe Captivate based on the PQ4R model; (2) Determine the validity of the E-Module using Adobe Captivate based on the PQ4R model; (3) Assess the practicality of the E-Module using Adobe Captivate based on the PQ4R model; (4) Evaluate the effectiveness of the E-Module using Adobe Captivate based on the PQ4R model. The data sources were obtained from media and material validation results, as well as from mathematics teachers and Grade VIII students of MTsN 11 Tasikmalaya during the 2024/2025 academic year. The findings of the study are as follows: (1) The E-Module development process proceeded well and followed the stages of the ADDIE model; (2) The validity results from media experts were categorized as highly valid, and the validity from material experts was also categorized as highly valid; (3) The practicality of the E-Module, as assessed by teachers and students, was categorized as highly practical; (4) The effectiveness of using the E-Module based on PQ4R in mathematics instruction, both on a small and large scale, was found to be effective.
