Abstract
MTs Al-Inayah Bandung City is an Islamic educational institution that prioritizes discipline and morality in the formation of students' character. The school has implemented religious programs as a strategic step to improve these two aspects. This program is designed comprehensively with a focus on the spiritual, social, and moral development of students, in order to create a solid and ethical personality. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) The implementation of religious programs in improving the discipline of students at MTs Al-Inayah, 2) The implementation of religious programs in improving the morals of students at MTs Al-Inayah, 3) Identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of religious programs in improving discipline and morals at MTs Al-Inayah. The theoretical framework in this study is based on the concept of religious programs, which affirms that the implementation of this program has a significant influence on the achievement of national education goals. This study is expected to contribute to improving the discipline and morals of students, in line with the values contained in Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study. This approach aims to explore the experiences and views of students, educators, and parents regarding the implementation of religious programs. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, to obtain more comprehensive and in-depth information about the implementation of the program. The results of the study showed that: 1) The implementation of the religious program at MTs Al-Inayah succeeded in improving the discipline of students, 2) This program also succeeded in significantly changing the behavior of students, characterized by increased compliance with school regulations, 3) Supporting factors such as the involvement of parents and the community, the quality of teaching from teachers contributed positively to the success of the program. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors, such as limited resources, and the need for more systematic evaluation in the implementation of religious programs. Based on the findings of the research, it is recommended that religious coaches, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, and madrasas continue to integrate religious programs in the daily learning process. In addition, it is important to strengthen the role of the madrasah committee, parents, and the surrounding environment as role models in the formation of discipline and morals of students.
