Abstract

INDONESIA: Kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti gaya kepemimpinan Islami, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Namun, realitas menunjukkan masih terdapat pegawai yang belum mencapai kinerja optimal, yang kemungkinan disebabkan oleh penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang kurang efektif, rendahnya motivasi, serta lingkungan kerja yang kurang mendukung. Optimalisasi gaya kepemimpinan Islami dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kedisiplinan pegawai, motivasi yang tinggi dapat mendorong semangat kerja, sedangkan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif mampu menciptakan kenyamanan dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Islami, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai YPP Nurul Iman Bandung, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, guna memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kondisi dan kecenderungan data yang diperoleh dari responden. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan melalui uji regresi linier, yang berfungsi sebagai instrumen analisis untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel independent terhadap variabel dependen. Berdasarkan kerangka berpikir dalam penelitian ini, gaya kepemimpinan Islami, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja diasumsikan memiliki hubungan yang saling memengaruhi dan secara simultan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai YPP Nurul Iman Bandung, baik dalam aspek kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, maupun efektivitas kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa secara parsial setiap variabel independen, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan Islami, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai YPP Nurul Iman Bandung. Selanjutnya, hasil uji secara simultan juga menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai YPP Nurul Iman Bandung. ENGLISH:   Employee performance is influenced by various factors, such as Islamic leadership style, motivation, and work environment. However, in reality, there are still employees who have not achieved optimal performance, which may be caused by less effective leadership practices, low motivation, and an unsupportive work environment. Optimizing the Islamic leadership style can enhance employee trust and discipline, high motivation can drive work enthusiasm, while a conducive work environment can foster comfort and productivity. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the influence of Islamic leadership style, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees at YPP Nurul Iman Bandung, both partially and simultaneously, in order to provide strategic recommendations for performance improvement. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive analysis method to illustrate the conditions and tendencies based on the data obtained from respondents. Data processing was carried out through linear regression testing, serving as an analytical tool to determine the extent of influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the conceptual framework of this study, Islamic leadership style, motivation, and work environment are assumed to have interrelated relationships and, simultaneously, contribute significantly to improving employee performance at YPP Nurul Iman Bandung, in terms of quality, quantity, timeliness, and work effectiveness. The findings reveal that, based on data analysis, each independent variable—namely Islamic leadership style, motivation, and work environment—has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at YPP Nurul Iman Bandung when tested partially. Furthermore, simultaneous testing shows that all three variables collectively have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at YPP Nurul Iman Bandung.
