Abstract

INDONESIA: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan pendidikan karakter yang lebih aplikatif dan nyata, bukan berdampak pada kognitif, tetapi juga pada afektif dan psikomotorik peserta didik. Program Latihan Khidmat Jam’iyah (PLKJ) di MA Persis Lempong Garut dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran praktis, dan penerapan pengetahuan yang didapatkannya dalam konteks nyata di lapangan, serta dapat memperluas relasi dan kemitraan lembaga dengan berbagai stakeholder di luar akademik dalam konteks manajemen strategik. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tahap formulasi, implementasi, dan evaluasi PLKJ dalam pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Fred R. David dengan tiga aspek utama yaitu formulating, implementing, dan evaluating. Sehingga hasil penelitiannya menunjukan kepada beberapa pembahasan diantaranya : (1) aspek formulasi strategik mencakup penetapan visi dan misi PLKJ, penetapan tujuan PLKJ, Analisis lingkungan PLKJ, dan pengembangan strategi PLKJ. (2) aspek implementasi strategik mencakup pengalokasian sumber daya PLKJ, penetepan struktur organisasi PLKJ, pelaksanaan kegiatan PLKJ, serta pengawasan dan pengendalian PLKJ, (3) evaluasi strategik mencakup pengukuran kinerja PLKJ. Sementara itu berdasarkan hasil analisis pada pembentukan karakter peserta didik menunjukan bahwa PLKJ dapat membentuk karakter religius seperti religius belief (keyakinan), religius practice (pelaksanaan kewajiban), religius feeling (penghayatan), religius knowledge (pengetahuan), dan religius effect (perilaku). ENGLISH: This research is motivated by the need for character education that is more applicable and real, not having an impact on cognitive, but also on the affective and psychomotor of students. The Jam'iyah Khidmat Training Program (PLKJ) at MA Persis Lempong Garut can increase students' involvement in practical learning, and the application of the knowledge they gain in a real context in the field, as well as expand institutional relationships and partnerships with various stakeholders outside of academia in the context of strategic management. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the stages of formulation, implementation, and evaluation of PLKJ in the formation of students' religious character. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation studies. The theory used in this study is Fred R. David's theory with three main aspects, namely formulating, implementing, and evaluating. So that the results of his research show several discussions, including: (1) strategic formulation aspects include the determination of the vision and mission of PLKJ, the determination of PLKJ goals, the analysis of the PLKJ environment, and the development of PLKJ strategies. (2) strategic implementation aspects include the allocation of PLKJ resources, the establishment of the PLKJ organizational structure, the implementation of PLKJ activities, as well as the supervision and control of PLKJ, (3) strategic evaluation includes the measurement of PLKJ performance. Meanwhile, based on the results of the analysis on the formation of students' character, it shows that PLKJ can form religious characters such as religious belief, religious practice (implementation of obligations), religious feeling (appreciation), religious knowledge (knowledge), and religious effect (behavior). ARABIC: هذا البحث مدفوع بالحاجة إلى تعليم الشخصية الذي يكون أكثر قابلية للتطبيق وواقعية ، وليس له تأثير على الإدراك ، ولكن أيضا على العاطفة والحركية النفسية للطلاب. يمكن لبرنامج تدريب الجامعة الخمس (PLKJ) في MA Persis Lempong Garut زيادة مشاركة الطلاب في التعلم العملي ، وتطبيق المعرفة التي يكتسبونها في سياق حقيقي في هذا المجال ، بالإضافة إلى توسيع العلاقات المؤسسية والشراكات مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة خارج الأوساط الأكاديمية في سياق الإدارة الاستراتيجية. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة وتحليل مراحل صياغة وتنفيذ وتقييم PLKJ في تكوين الشخصية الدينية للطلاب. يستخدم هذا البحث طريقة نوعية مع تقنيات جمع البيانات المستخدمة هي المقابلات والملاحظات ودراسات التوثيق. النظرية المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي نظرية فريد ر. ديفيد مع ثلاثة جوانب رئيسية ، وهي الصياغة والتنفيذ والتقييم. بحيث تظهر نتائج بحثه العديد من المناقشات ، بما في ذلك: (1) تشمل جوانب الصياغة الاستراتيجية تحديد رؤية ورسالة PLKJ ، وتحديد أهداف PLKJ ، وتحليل بيئة PLKJ ، وتطوير استراتيجيات PLKJ. (2) تشمل جوانب التنفيذ الاستراتيجي تخصيص موارد PLKJ ، وإنشاء الهيكل التنظيمي ل PLKJ ، وتنفيذ أنشطة PLKJ ، بالإضافة إلى الإشراف والرقابة على PLKJ ، (3) يشمل التقييم الاستراتيجي قياس أداء PLKJ. وفي الوقت نفسه ، بناء على نتائج التحليل حول تكوين شخصية الطلاب ، فإنه يظهر أن PLKJ يمكن أن تشكل شخصيات دينية مثل المعتقد الديني ، والممارسة الدينية (تنفيذ الالتزامات) ، والشعور الديني (التقدير) ، والمعرفة الدينية (المعرفة) ، والتأثير الديني (السلوك).
