Abstract

INDONESIA: Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemahaman nilai-nilai Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam (BKI) dalam menghadapi permasalahan emosional dan psikologis, serta minimnya kajian mengenai representasi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam media film. Film Bolehkah Sekali Saja Kumenangis dipilih karena menggambarkan dinamika emosional individu dan proses pemulihan melalui dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan representasi nilai-nilai Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam, nilai pribadi dan kompetensi konselor, serta dinamika support group dalam film tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif (qualitative content analysis) dengan film sebagai unit analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi adegan dan dialog, serta kajian literatur sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan teori representasi Stuart Hall, teori Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam dari Aunur Rahim Faqih, serta teori kelompok dukungan dari Rasimin dan Muhammad Hamdi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa film tersebut merepresentasikan nilai-nilai Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam secara implisit, khususnya dalam aspek akhlak seperti raḥmah (kasih sayang), ta‘awun (tolong-menolong), ṣabr (kesabaran), ‘afw (pemaafan), dan iṣhlah (perbaikan hubungan). Selain itu, konselor dalam film menunjukkan kompetensi komunikasi empatik, penggunaan teknik konseling seperti teknik pernapasan dan art therapy, serta penerapan kode etik profesional. Dinamika support group dalam film bersifat suportif, empatik, dan terstruktur, serta berperan dalam pemulihan emosional, kognitif, dan perilaku tokoh. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun tidak secara eksplisit bernuansa religius, film ini mengandung nilai-nilai yang selaras dengan prinsip Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam.Dengan demikian, film Bolehkah Sekali Saja Kumenangis dapat menjadi media refleksi yang mengandung nilai edukatif dan relevan dengan praktik Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam. ENGLISH: This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the values of Islamic Guidance and Counseling (BKI) in addressing emotional and psychological issues, as well as the limited research on the representation of these values in film. The film "Bolehkah Sekali Saja Kumenangis" (May I Cry Once) was chosen because it depicts individual emotional dynamics and the process of recovery through social support. This study aims to identify and describe the representation of Islamic Guidance and Counseling values, the personal values and competencies of counselors, and the dynamics of support groups in the film. The study employed qualitative content analysis, using film as the unit of analysis. Data were collected through observation, documentation of scenes and dialogue, and secondary literature review. Data analysis utilizd Stuart Hall's representation theory, Aunur Rahim Faqih's Islamic Guidance and Counseling theory, and Rasimin and Muhammad Hamdi's support group theory. The research results show that the film implicitly represents Islamic Guidance and Counseling values, particularly in moral aspects such as raḥmah (compassion), ta‘awun (mutual assistance), ṣabr (patience), ‘afw (forgiveness), and ishlah (repairing relationships). Furthermore, the counselor in the film demonstrates empathetic communication skills, utilizes counseling techniques such as breathing techniques and art therapy, and adheres to a professional code of ethics. The support group dynamics in the film are supportive, empathetic, and structured, contributing to the characters' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral recovery. Overall, although not explicitly religious, the film contains values aligned with the principles of Islamic Guidance and Counseling. Therefore, the film "Bolehkah Sekali Saja Kumenangis" (May I Cry Once) can serve as a reflective medium with educational value and relevance to the practice of Islamic Guidance and Counseling. ARABIC: ينطلق هذا البحث من أهمية فهم قيم الإرشاد والتوجيه الإسلامي في معالجة المشكلات العاطفية والنفسية، بالإضافة إلى محدودية الدراسات التي تناولت تمثيل هذه القيم في السينما. وقد وقع الاختيار على فيلم "هل لي أن أبكي مرة واحدة؟" (Bolehkah Sekali Saja Kumenangis) لأنه يصور الديناميكيات العاطفية الفردية وعملية التعافي من خلال الدعم الاجتماعي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد ووصف تمثيل قيم الإرشاد والتوجيه الإسلامي، والقيم الشخصية وكفاءات المرشدين، وديناميكيات مجموعات الدعم في الفيلم. استخدمت الدراسة منهج تحليل المحتوى النوعي، مع اعتبار الفيلم وحدة التحليل. جُمعت البيانات من خلال الملاحظة، وتوثيق المشاهد والحوار، ومراجعة الأدبيات الثانوية. واستند تحليل البيانات إلى نظرية التمثيل لستيوارت هول، ونظرية الإرشاد والتوجيه الإسلامي لأونور رحيم فقيه، ونظرية مجموعات الدعم لراسمين ومحمد حمدي. ... تُظهر نتائج البحث أن الفيلم يُجسّد ضمنيًا قيم الإرشاد والتوجيه الإسلامي، لا سيما في الجوانب الأخلاقية كالرحمة، والتعاون، والصبر، والعفو، وإصلاح العلاقات. علاوة على ذلك، يُظهر المُرشد في الفيلم مهارات تواصل فعّالة، ويستخدم تقنيات إرشادية كتقنيات التنفس والعلاج بالفن، ويلتزم بأخلاقيات المهنة. وتتسم ديناميكيات مجموعة الدعم في الفيلم بالدعم والتعاطف والتنظيم، مما يُسهم في تعافي الشخصيات عاطفيًا ومعرفيًا وسلوكيًا. عمومًا، ورغم أن الفيلم ليس دينيًا بشكل صريح، إلا أنه يتضمن قيمًا تتوافق مع مبادئ الإرشاد والتوجيه الإسلامي. لذا، يُمكن اعتبار فيلم "هل لي أن أبكي مرة واحدة؟" وسيلة تأملية ذات قيمة تعليمية وأهمية في ممارسة الإرشاد والتوجيه الإسلامي.
