Abstract

This research is motivated by an empirical phenomenon in the Ministry of Religion of Tasikmalaya Regency with the target of civil servants, there are still employees who have not applied disciplinary behavior and there are still those who do not care about their colleagues. With the training, individual characters should be better and should care for each other's employees. The formulation of the problem: how much influence do individual characteristics, spiritual intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior have on employee performance? The purpose of this study: to determine and analyze individual characteristics, spiritual intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance to determine its simultaneous goals. This research uses descriptive method, quantitative approach. With a population of 118 people and up to 52 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of googleform. This study resulted in: (1) individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance variables with tcount> ttable (16.715> 0.2732), the determination value of R square is 0.848 or 84.8%. (2) spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance variables with tcount> ttable (10.668> 0.2732), 0.695 or 69.5%. (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on employee performance variables with t value> t table (10.878> 0.2732). The determination value of R square is 0.703 or 70.3% (4) individual characteristics, spiritual intelligence, organizational citizenship has a significant effect on employee performance variables with an Fcount of 102.034 and a significance level of 0.01. Fcount> Ftable (102.034,> 2.80). So it can be concluded that individual characteristics, spiritual intelligence, organizational citizenship has an influence on employee performance variables. The value of determination R square was 0.864 or 86.4%.
