Abstract
INDONESIA : Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program Coorporate Social Responsbility PT. shell dalam membangun hubungan baik dengan masyarakat/stakeholder melalui model Tripple Bottom Line dikembangkan oleh Elkington. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif. PT.Shell sudah bertanggung jawab terhadap sosial yang berada di lingkungannya terhadap tiga aspek yaitu ekonomi (profit), lingkungan (Planet) dan sosial (People) dengan program yang dilaksanakan yaitu Desa Bersemi, dengan adanya desa program desa bersemi dalam aspek ekonomi masyarakat dibina dalam mengelola sampah menjadi pupuk organik memanfaatkan lahan pertanian dan menjual jajanan dari olahan tanaman pangan, dalam aspek lingkungan masyarakat diberikan pelatihan terhadap masyarakat sehingga bisa untuk menyortir sampah, composting, melakukan cocok tanam agar lingkungan tetap terjaga, dalam aspek sosial peran aktif masyarakat terhadap program desa Bersemi sudah menjadi dampak positif kepedulian sosial yang berada di lingkungan masyarakat sehingga bisa mengolah sampah dan menjalankan pertanian sehingga bisa menjadi keuntungan sendiri dalam segi ekonomi di masyarakat. ENGLISH : The research aims to find out how the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program in Pt. shell in building good relations with the community/stakeholders through the Tripple Bottom Line model developed by Elkington. This research was conducted using a constructivism paradigm with a qualitative approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data through data collection techniques, namely in-depth interviews, passive participatory observation, and documentation studies. the social environment in its environment on three aspects, namely economic (profit), environmental (Planet) and social (People) with the program implemented namely the Bersemi Village, with the existence of the village program the village blossoms in the economic aspect of the community fostered in managing waste to become organic fertilizer utilizing the land farming and selling snacks from processed food plants, in the environmental aspect the community is given training to the community so they can sort waste, composting, do farming so that the environment is maintained, in the social aspect the active role of the community in the Bersemi village program has been a positive impact of social concern being in a community environment so that it can process waste and run agriculture so that it can be of its own benefit in terms of the economy in the community.
