Abstract
INDONESIA : Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung sebagai lembaga pemerintah daerah yang bertanggung jawab atas sejumlah aspek, termasuk penerimaan peserta didik baru. Namun, dalam praktiknya proses penerimaan ini seringkali dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala seperti lambatnya proses, terbatasnya kesempatan, risiko kehilangan dokumen, potensi kecurangan, dan kurangnya transparansi. Dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan ini, Dinas Pendidikan telah mengembangkan program Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) online sebagai bagian dari E- Government. Namun, program ini juga masih menghadapi kendala seperti kurangnya penyebaran informasi dan masalah teknis terkait beban server. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi program layanan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) Online di Kota Bandung berdasarkan perspektif Quality Assessment. ENGLISH : The Bandung City Education Office as a regional government agency is responsible for a number of aspects, including the acceptance of new students. However, in practice the admission process is often faced with various obstacles such as slow processes, limited opportunities, risk of losing documents, potential fraud, and lack of transparency. In an effort to overcome this problem, the Education Office has developed an online New Student Admissions (PPDB) program as part of E-Government. However, this program still faces obstacles such as a lack of information dissemination and technical problems related to server load. So the aim of this research is to evaluate the Online New Student Admissions (PPDB) service program in Bandung City based on a Quality Assessment perspective.
