Abstract

INDONESIA: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Kanik Indonesia Utama dengan jumlah sampel 81 karyawan, dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling, simple random sampling serta teknik analisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap OCB, sedangkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan OCB melalui pengembangan budaya organisasi yang kuat dan konsisten. Saran ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta memperkuat komitmen organisasi. ENGLISH: This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research was conducted at PT. Kanik Indonesia Utama with a sample of 81 employees, using probability sampling techniques, simple random sampling, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that organizational culture has a significant impact on OCB, while job satisfaction and organizational commitment do not have a significant effect. Therefore, the company can enhance OCB by developing a strong and consistent organizational culture. This recommendation can help the company improve employee performance and job satisfaction, as well as strengthen organizational commitment.
