Abstract

INDONESIA: Career anxiety pada mahasiswa harus diperhatikan karena mengganggu proses akademik dan pembentukan karir. Career anxiety adalah kondisi emosional sesorang yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan jalur karir. Selama proses pemilihan jalur karir, mahasiswa harus menilai kemampuannya dalam bekerja. Penilaian kemampuan bekerja disebut dengan self perceived employability. Tidak hanya itu, persaingan kerja yang tinggi juga memaksa mahasiswa untuk memiliki work readiness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara self perceived employability dan work readiness terhadap career anxiety. Subjek peneilitan ini adalah mahasiswa psikologi angkatan 2021 dan 2022 UIN Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara self perceived employability dan work readiness terhadap career anxiety dengan nilai F sebesar 97.160 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000. ENGLISH: Career anxiety among students must be addressed because it interferes with the academic process and career development. Career anxiety is an emotional condition related to career choice. During the career choice process, students must assess their ability to work. This assessment of work ability is called self-perceived employability. Not only that, but high job competition also forces students to have work readiness. This study aims to determine the influence of self-perceived employability and work readiness on career anxiety. The subjects of this study were psychology students from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts at UIN Bandung. The results of the study show that there is an influence between self-perceived employability and work readiness on career anxiety with an F value of 97.160 and a significance value of 0.000.
