Abstract

INDONESIA : Akselerasi teknologi AI yang begitu cepat, memicu fenomena sosial baru berupa meningkatnya kerentanan kesehatan mental siswa akibat tekanan adaptasi digital. Merespons tantangan tersebut, SMA Plus Muthahhari secara adaptif meluncurkan program inovatif AIMAH untuk menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis peserta didik. Hal inilah yang menarik minat penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui manajemen program AIMAH dan dampaknya pada kesehatan mental remaja di SMA Plus Muthahhari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Proses perencanaan program AIMAH di SMA Plus Muthahhari. (2) Pelaksanaan program AIMAH di SMA Plus Muthahhari dalam upaya penguatan kesehatan mental remaja pada era AI. (3) Dampak dari program AIMAH terhadap kesehatan mental remaja di SMA Plus Muthahahri. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada sebuah teori fungsi manajemen klasik yang diinisiasi oleh Henri Fayol yang dikembangkan secara praktis oleh George R. Terry melalui konsepsi Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC). Namun, untuk mengimplementasikan dalam Program AIMAH fungsionalitas makro teori manajemen tersebut disintesiskan dengan pendekatan spesifik manajemen program yang digagas oleh Project Management Institute (PMI, 2021) yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan dampak dari program tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung di lapangan, serta studi dokumentasi. Seluruh data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara sistematis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik (thematic analysis) melalui tahapan pengodean, kategorisasi, hingga reduksi data menjadi tema-tema utama. Untuk meningkatkan akurasi data, penelitian ini dibantu oleh perangkat lunak Computer-Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis Software (CAQDAS) berupa NVivo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan program AIMAH dilakukan secara terstruktur melalui dokumen kebijakan sekolah yang menargetkan kesehatan mental, akhlak terpuji dan cerdas AI. (2) Pelaksanaan program bertumpu pada penciptaan ekosistem fun learning dipadukan dengan komunikasi empatik, (3) Dampak program AIMAH menunjukkan kontribusi positif terhadap kesehatan mental siswa, terutama dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan keterbukaan sosial yang sebelumnya tampak sebagai masalah utama pada kondisi awal siswa. ENSLISH : The rapid acceleration of AI technology has triggered a new social phenomenon in the form of increased student mental health vulnerability due to digital adaptation pressures. In response to this challenge, SMA Plus Muthahhari adaptively launched an innovative program called AIMAH to safeguard the psychological well-being of its students. Driven by this context, the author conducted this study to investigate the management of the AIMAH program and its impact on adolescent mental health at SMA Plus Muthahhari. This study aims to determine: (1) The planning process of the AIMAH program at SMA Plus Muthahhari. (2) The implementation of the AIMAH program at SMA Plus Muthahhari in efforts to strengthen adolescent mental health in the AI era. (3) The impact of the AIMAH program on adolescent mental health at SMA Plus Muthahhari. This research is based on the classical management functions theory initiated by Henri Fayol—and later practically developed by George R. Terry through the conception of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC). However, to implement it within the AIMAH Program, the macro-functionality of this management theory is synthesized with the specific program management approach framed by the Project Management Institute (PMI, 2021), which consists of the planning, execution, and impact of the program. This study employs a qualitative approach, with data collection carried out through triangulation utilizing in-depth interviews, direct field observations, and documentary studies. All collected data were systematically analyzed using thematic analysis through stages of coding, categorization, and data reduction into main themes. To enhance data accuracy, this research was assisted by NVivo, a Computer-Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis Software (CAQDAS). The results of this study show that (1) the AIMAH program planning is carried out in a structured way through school policy documents targeting mental health, commendable character, and AI intelligence. (2) The program implementation relies on creating a fun learning ecosystem combined with empathetic communication, (3) The AIMAH program demonstrates a positive contribution to students’ mental health, particularly in enhancing self-confidence and social openness, which had previously appeared as the main issues in the students’ initial condition.
