Abstract

Pengelolaan terminal merupakan langkah awal dalam menciptakan prasarana transportasi yang aman dan nyaman sehingga terminal dapat menjadi prasarana transportasi umum yang banyak diminati masyarakat untuk bepergian menggunakan moda transportasi bis. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori variabel independen yaitu Adisasmita, dalam proses pengelolaan terminal biasanya mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan, sedangkan teori variabel dependen yaitu Sheth dan Sisodia yang menyatakan bahwa aksesibilitas memiliki dua dimensi yakni ketersediaan dan kenyamanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh perencanaan terhadap aksesibilitas calon penumpang, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelaksanaan terhadap aksesibilitas calon penumpang, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengawasan terhadap aksesibilitas calon penumpang, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengelolaan terminal Cicaheum Kota Bandung terhadap aksesibilitas calon penumpang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Asosiatif dengan data Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi tidak terstruktur dan angket. Jumlah populasi 40 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sebagi sampel dalam penelitian ini, dan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis statistik melalui program software SPSS 20. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis statistik dengan menggunakan program software SPSS 20, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perencanaan terminal Cicaheum Kota Bandung terhadap aksesibilitas calon penumpang. Nilai thitung > ttabel (4,489> 1,688) dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000< 0,050. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pelaksanaan terminal Cicaheum Kota Bandung terhadap aksesibilitas calon penumpang. Nilai thitung > ttabel (4,430 > 1,688) dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,050. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengawasan terminal Cicaheum Kota Bandung terhadap aksesibilitas calon penumpang. Nilai thitung < ttabel (0,974 < 1,688) dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,337 > 0,050. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dalam Pengelolaan terminal Cicaheum Kota Bandung terhadap aksesibilitas calon penumpang Nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (33,373 > 3,27) dengan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050. Persentase pengaruh pengelolaan terminal terhadap aksesibilitas calon penumpang sebesar 73,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 26,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Terminal management is the first step for creating a safe and convenient infrastructure transportation so that the terminal can become insfrastructure public transportation that many people interest to travel using bus. Base theory used in this research is variable independent theory from Adisasmita, in the process terminal management usually there are planning, implementation and controlling, while variable dependent theory from Sheth and Sisodia which says that accesibility has two dimensions that is availability and convenience. The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence of planning to accesibility of prospective passanger, to determine how much influence of implementation to accesibility of prospective passanger, to determine how much influence of controlling to accesibility of prospective passanger, and to determine how much influence of Cicaheum terminal management at Bandung to accesibility of prospective passanger. The metodh in this research using asosiatif method with quantitative data. Technique data collection in this research is observation unstructured and questionnaire. Quantity of population is 40 people and all of them are used for sample in this research, and the technique data processing using statistics analysis with the software program SPSS 20. Based on result data processing and statistics analysis using software program SPSS 20, there is influence positive and significant between terminal Cicaheum planning at Bandung to the accesibility of prospective passanger. Value of thitung > ttabel (4,489 > 1,688) with significant level 0,000 < 0,050. There is influence positive and significant between terminal Cicaheum implementation at Bandung to the accesibility of prospective passanger. Value of thitung > ttabel (4,430 > 1,688) with significant level 0,000 < 0,050. There is not influence significant between terminal Cicaheum controlling at Bandung to the accesibility of prospective passanger. Value of thitung < ttabel (0,974 < 1,688) with significant level 0,337 > 0,050. There are influence positive and significant between planning, implementation, and controlling in Cicaheum terminal management to the accesibility of prospective passanger. Value of Fhitung > Ftabel (33,373 > 3,27) with significant level 0,000 < 0,050. Percentage influence of Cicaheum terminal management at Bandung to the accesibility of prospective passanger 73,6% while the rest 26,4% influenced by other variable are not researched by writer.
