Abstract
INDONESIA : Sumber Daya Manusia memiliki peranan penting dalam sebuah organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan. untuk dapat memiliki pegawai yang Berkinerja baik maka diperlukan factor-faktor yang dapat mendukung kususnya di era penuh perubahan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT. Firman Jaya Utama Tehnik Karawang. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah populasi 45 dan menggunakkan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Wawancara, Studi Kepustakaan, dan Kuesioner. Dalam pengujiannya menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji korelasi, uji parsial dan analisis deskriptif. Pengujian hipotesis menggunkana analisis regresi linear berganda dengan taraf nyata 0,05. Dan analisis data menggunakan software SPSS 24. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung < t table (11,849 > 2,018) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). (2) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t table (4,544 > 2,018) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). (3) Kemudian Gaya Kepemimpinan & Komitmen Organisasi dapat disimpulkan berpengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung > F Tabel (85,157> 3,22) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05) Nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R Square) yang didapatkan adalah sebesar 43,9% yang berarti pengaruh variable Kemudian Gaya Kepemimpinan & Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai adalah 80,2% dan 19,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variable lainnya yang belum diteliti. ENGLISH : Human Resources have an important role in an organization to achieve goals. To be able to have employees who perform well, it is necessary to have factors that can support especially in the current era of full change. This study aims to examine the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Firman Jaya Utama Engineering Karawang. The research method uses quantitative research. With a population of 45 and using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. In the test using validity test, reliability test, correlation test, partial test and descriptive analysis. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. And data analysis using SPSS 24 software. The results showed that (1) Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of t count < t table (11.849 > 2.018) and significance (0.000 <0.05). (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (4.544 > 2.018) and significance (0.000 < 0.05). (3) Then the Leadership Style & Organizational Commitment can be concluded to have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of F arithmetic > F Table (85.157> 3.22) and significance (0.000 <0.05). The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 43.9%, which means the influence of the variable Then Leadership Style & Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance is 80.2% and the remaining 19.8% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied.
