Abstract

INDONESIA : OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung adalah salah satu stasiun radio yang masih terus eksis dan bertahan hingga saat ini, ditengah semakin ketatnya persaingan untuk menarik pendengar. OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung tetap konsisten dengan targetnya, dan terus mengupayakan minat pendengar untuk terus eksis sebagai stasiun yang sukses di tengah semakin banyaknya pilihan radio, juga aplikasi-aplikasi media lainnya seperti Spotify dan YouTube yang memiliki banyak creator Podcast. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari gaya siaran penyiar di OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung dalam membawakan acara, khsususnya penyiar pada program acara berita “Terbang Pagi” yang memiliki daya tarik tersendiri. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan gaya bahasa penyiar OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung dalam mensosialisasikan minat khalayak pendengar para program siaran berita “Terbang pagi”. Penelitian ini meggunakan teori gaya bahasa dari Dramatisme Kenneth-Burke, yang meliputi Metafora Dramatis, Genre dan Retorika yang sesuai untuk membahas tindakan komunikasi antara teks dan khalayak, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data yang sah, mengenai gaya bahasa penyiar OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung pada program siaran Berita “Terbang Pagi”. Pendekatan penelitian ini, yaitu pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan paradigma kontruktivisme, dan menggunakan metode studi deskriptif kualitatif yang mana hasil penelitian didapatkan dari proses panjang secara mendalam terkait penggunaan gaya bahasa pada program siaran berita “Terbang Pagi” OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung. Hasil Penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa, penggunaan gaya bahasa penyiar OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung dalam mensosialisasikan minat khalayak pendengar pada program siaran berita “Terbang Pagi” terdiri dari, Pertama Metafora Dramatis meliputi segmentasi khusus bagi pendengar dengan pembawaannya yang menggunakan bahasa informal, kedua Genre dengan teknik humor meliputi penggunaan unsur komedi dalam siaran berita dengan penggunaan bahasa informal, ketiga Retorika dengan teknik Public Speaking meliputi penguasaan teknik public speaking penyiar dengan penggunaan bahasa informal yang sesuai dengan kaidah kebahasaan dalam siaran. ENGLISH : OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung is one of the radio stations that still exists and survives to this day, in the midst of increasingly fierce competition to attract listeners. OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung remains consistent with its target, and continues to seek listeners' interest to continue to exist as a successful station amidst the increasing number of radio choices, as well as other media applications such as Spotify and YouTube which have many podcast creators. This is inseparable from the broadcasting style of the broadcasters on OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung in presenting the program, especially the announcer on the news program "Flying Morning" which has its own charm. The purpose of this study was to find out how the use of the language style of the broadcaster of OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung in increasing the interest of the listeners of the news broadcast program "Flying Morning". This study uses the stylistic theory of Kenneth-Burke Dramatism, which includes Dramatic Metaphor, Genre and Rhetoric which is appropriate to discuss the act of communication between texts and audiences, using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation to obtain valid data, regarding the style of the broadcaster of OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung on the news broadcast program "Flying Morning". This research approach, namely a qualitative approach, using a critical paradigm, and using a qualitative descriptive study method where the research results are obtained from a long process in depth related to the use of language style in the news broadcast program "Flying Morning" OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung. The results of this study state that the use of the language style of the broadcaster OZ Radio 103.1 FM Bandung in increasing the audience's interest in the news broadcast program "Flying Morning" consists of, First Dramatic Metaphors including special segmentation for listeners with their nature using informal language, second genres with techniques humor includes the use of comedy elements in news broadcasts with the use of informal language, the third Rhetoric with Public Speaking techniques includes mastery of broadcasters' public speaking techniques by using informal language in accordance with linguistic rules in broadcasts.
