Abstract

INDONESIA: Pondok Pesantren Medina Insan Qur’ani atau lebih sering di sebut Rumah Tahfidz Medina merupakan lembaga yang memiliki focus pada bidang Al-Qur’an dan Kaderisasi Pendakwah, sehingga menghasilkan lulusan yang Hafidz Al-Qur’an berjiwa qur’ani dan pendakwah yang unggul. Penelitian yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Medina Insan Qur'ani ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan oleh pesantren tersebut untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini berupaya mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan oleh Pesantren dalam membina santri yang sesuai dengan harapan pesantren dan Masyarakat yang mencakup formulasi strategi, implementasi strategi dan evaluasi strategi. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Manajemen Strategis Fred R. David yang menyatakan bahwa Manajemen Strategis adalah proses berurutan yang terdiri dari tiga fase berbeda: Formulasi strategi, implementasi strategi dan evaluasi strategi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategi yang diterapkan berhasil dengan baik dan efektif, formulasi strategi yang dibuat oleh mudir dan seluruh staff Pondok Pesantren sesuai dengan harapan yang diinginkan, dengan mempertimbangkan keadaan dan implementasi strategi terhadap santri. Hambatan yang terjadi dapat diselesaikan dengan adanya problem solving dan evaluasi yang diterapkan oleh Pondok Pesantren Medina Insan Qur’ani. ENGLISH: The Medina Insan Qur'ani Islamic Boarding School or more often called the Medina Tahfidz House is an institution that focuses on the field of the Al-Qur'an and the cadre of preachers, thereby producing graduates who are Al-Qur'an Hafidz with a Qur'anic spirit and superior preachers. The research carried out at the Medina Insan Qur'ani Islamic Boarding School aims to determine the strategies used by the Islamic boarding school to improve the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an. This research seeks to identify the strategies used by Islamic boarding schools in developing students in accordance with the expectations of the Islamic boarding school and the community, which includes strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. The theoretical basis used in this research is Fred R. David's Strategic Management theory which states that Strategic Management is a sequential process consisting of three different phases: Strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. The method used is descriptive method. The instruments used in data collection were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the strategic management implemented was successful and effective, the strategy formulation made by the mudir and all Islamic Boarding School staff was in accordance with the desired expectations, taking into account the circumstances and strategy implementation for the students. The obstacles that occur can be resolved with problem solving and evaluation implemented by the Medina Insan Qur'ani Islamic Boarding School. ARABIC: مدرسة المدينة المنورة إنسان القرآني الإسلامية أو في كثير من الأحيان تسمى دار المدينة المنورة تحفيظ هي مؤسسة تركز على مجال القرآن وكادر الدعاة، وبالتالي تخريج خريجين حافظي القرآن مع روح قرآنية ودعاة أفاضل. يهدف البحث الذي تم إجراؤه في مدرسة الصعود الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة إنسان القرآني إلى تحديد الاستراتيجيات التي تستخدمها المدرسة الداخلية الإسلامية لتحسين القدرة على حفظ القرآن الكريم. يسعى هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الاستراتيجيات التي تستخدمها المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية في تطوير الطلاب بما يتوافق مع توقعات المدرسة الداخلية الإسلامية والمجتمع، والتي تشمل صياغة الإستراتيجية وتنفيذ الإستراتيجية وتقييم الإستراتيجية. الأساس النظري المستخدم في هذا البحث هو نظرية الإدارة الإستراتيجية لفريد ر. ديفيد والتي تنص على أن الإدارة الإستراتيجية هي عملية متسلسلة تتكون من ثلاث مراحل مختلفة: صياغة الإستراتيجية وتنفيذ الإستراتيجية وتقييم الإستراتيجية. الطريقة المستخدمة هي الطريقة الوصفية. وكانت الأدوات المستخدمة في جمع البيانات هي المقابلات والملاحظة والوثائق. تظهر نتائج البحث أن الإدارة الإستراتيجية التي تم تنفيذها كانت ناجحة وفعالة، وأن صياغة الإستراتيجية التي قام بها المدير وجميع العاملين بالمدرسة الداخلية الإسلامية كانت متوافقة مع التوقعات المرجوة، مع مراعاة الظروف وتنفيذ الإستراتيجية للطلاب. يمكن حل العقبات التي تحدث من خلال حل المشكلات والتقييم الذي تنفذه مدرسة المدينة المنورة إنسان القرآني الإسلامية الداخلية.
