Abstract
INDONESIA : Masjid memiliki kontribusi yang sangat esensial dalam peningkatan dakwah dan pemberdayaan umat Islam. Hanya saja saat ini banyak masjid yang kehilangan peran tersebut, salah satunya karena aspek pengurusnya. Salah satunya adalah masjid yang berada di Cibiru Wetan Kecamatan Cileunyi yaitu Masjid Nurul Ilmi yang melaksanakan kegiatan rekrutmen pengurus masjid dengan mengedepankan sifat primordialisme, kekeluargaan, serta ikatan emosional yang kuat bukan didasarkan atas dasar kebutuhan dalam menentukan sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem rekrutmen pengurus masjid dalam meningkatkan optimalisasi pelayanan masjid serta menggambarkan prosedur, proses dan hasil rekrutmen pengurus dalam meningkatkan optimalisasi pelayanan masjid. Adapun Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Rekrutmen dari Dunnete yang mengungkapkan bahwa rekrutmen terdiri dari tiga variable yang saling berhubungan, yaitu proses variable, independent variable, dan depedent variable. Ketiga variable tersebut saling berhubungan, apabila dibuat pendekatan system maka ke tiga variable tersebut menjadi input, proses, dan output Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang menggambarakan keadaan di lapangan terkait rekrutmen pengurus masjid dalam meningkatkan opimalisasi pelayanan masjid. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari observasi serta wawancara terhadap pihak yang bersangkutan terhadap objek penelitian tersebut. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen dan foto-foto yang relevan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan tiga hal. Pertama, prosedur rekrutmen dengan merencanakan pengurus atau analisis jabatan, dan menentukan sumber dan metode rekrutmen, yaitu sumber eksternal serta metode tertutp. Kedua, proses rekrutmen dengan cara seleksi administrasi dan wawancara serta pendidikan dan pelatihan. Ketiga, penempatan kerja dan pemberian berupa nilai/fee yang berpengaruh terhadap optimalisasi pelayanan masjid. Pelayanan yang diberikan yaitu berupa, (1) adanya kajian kesilaman; (2) menunjuk imam ahli Al-Quran; (3) pengurus masjid memiliki akhlak dan contoh yang baik; (4) kesiapan pelayanan dan kecepatan; dan (5) kemudahan memberikan informasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi gambaran bagaimana proses rekrutmen pengurus masjid yang berguna untuk masjid Nurul Ilmi dan pengurus terkait. ENGLISH : Mosques have a very essential contribution in increasing da'wah and empowering Muslims. It's just that currently many mosques are losing this role, one of which is because of the management aspect. One of them is the mosque in Cibiru Wetan, Cileunyi District, namely the Nurul Ilmi Mosque, which carries out recruitment activities for mosque administrators by prioritizing primordialism, kinship and strong emotional ties, not based on need in determining human resources. The aim of this research is to determine the recruitment system for mosque administrators in improving the optimization of mosque services and to describe the procedures, processes and results of recruitment of administrators in improving the optimization of mosque services. The theory used in this research is Dunnete's Recruitment theory which reveals that recruitment consists of three interrelated variables, namely process variables, independent variables and dependent variables. These three variables are interconnected, if a systems approach is created then the three variables become input, process and output This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods that describe the conditions in the field regarding the recruitment of mosque administrators in increasing the optimization of mosque services. Primary data sources were obtained from observations and interviews with parties concerned with the research object. Meanwhile, secondary data sources were obtained from documents and photos that were relevant in this research. The results of this research found three things. First, recruitment procedures by planning management or position analysis, and determining recruitment sources and methods, namely external sources and closed methods. Second, the recruitment process involves administrative selection and interviews as well as education and training. Third, job placement and giving in the form of grades/fees which influence the optimization of the mosque. The services provided are in the form of, (1) historical studies; (2) appointing imams who are Al-Quran experts; (3) mosque administrators have good morals and examples; (4) service readiness and speed; and (5) ease of providing information. It is hoped that this research will provide an illustration of how the recruitment process for mosque administrators is useful for the Nurul Ilmi mosque and related administrators.
