Abstract
INDONESIA : Mahasiswa yang aktif berorganisasi kemungkinan terlibat dalam perilaku menunda dan mengabaikan tugas. Hal ini karena kurangnya keyakinan pada diri sendiri untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Hasil studi awal yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya masalah yang berkaitan dengan self management dan self efficacy pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti organisasi di UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self management dan self efficacy terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 75 responden pada mahasiswa yang aktif berorganisasi yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan menggunakan tiga skala pengukuran diantaranya self management scale, self efficacy scale dan Procrastination Assessment Scale-Student. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh self management dan self efficacy terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti organisasi sebesar 38,2% dan sisanya sebesar 61,8% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian, secara parsial variabel self management tidak berpengaruh terhadap prokrastinasi akademik, sedangkan variabel self efficacy berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap prokrastinasi akademik. ENGLISH : Students who are active in organizations may engage in procrastination and neglect behavior. This is due to lack of confidence in oneself to complete the given task. The results of the initial study conducted showed problems related to self-management and self-efficacy in students who participated in organizations at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This study aims to determine the effect of self-management and self-efficacy on academic procrastination in students who participate in organizations. Research conducted using correlational quantitative methods. The number of respondents in this study was 75 respondents to students who were active in organizations obtained using random sampling techniques using three measurement scales including self management scale, self efficacy scale and Procrastination Assessment Scale-Student. The statistical analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously there was an effect of self-management and self-efficacy on academic procrastination in students who participated in organizations by 38.2% and the remaining 61.8% was determined by other variables that were not studied in this study. Then, partially the self-management variable has no effect on academic procrastination, while the self-efficacy variable has a partial effect on academic procrastination.
