Abstract

The background of this research is the increasing development of halal tourism in Indonesia which continues to increase especially in the field of hospitality industry. This study aims to determine of the application of Sharia principles in running the hotel industry which labeled sharia. The research method used in this research is qualitative method. This study concludes that there has been a difference between the supposed and the fact that is in Narapati Indah Syariah Hotel Bandung who analyzed using the criteria of halal tourism based on the provisions of the Ministry of Tourism Regulation and DSN-MUI which includes the principles of consumption, the principle of business activity, ethical principles, the principle of relationship restrictions, the principle of entertainment, and the principle of layout.
