Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran yang amat penting dalam membentuk manusia yang memiliki wawasan dan karakter yang baik saat memperoleh pembelajaran matematika. Oleh karena itu, guru didorong untuk memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media agar pembelajaran tidak membosankan sekaligus menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter bagi siswa, Pemanfaatan video animasi menjadi salah satu pilihan bagi guru untuk menghadirkan pembelajaran menjadi lebih inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Mathematic Animation Video (MAV) Berbasis Islamic Character, mengetahui validitas, kepraktisan dan efektivitas dari Mathematic Animation Video (MAV) Berbasis Islamic Character . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develompment, Implementation, and Evaluation). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i SMPN 50 Bandung dan SMP Itikurih Hibarna, ahli media, dan ahli materi serta objek penelitian ini adalah pengembangan Mathematic Animation Video (MAV) Berbasis Islamic Character. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Mathematic Animation Video (MAV) Berbasis Islamic Character mendapat skor validitas tinggi dengan rata-rata 92,25% (sangat valid) dari ahli materi maupun ahli media, mendapat skor 84% (sangat praktis) dari segi kepraktisan media serta cukup efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan presentasi 50%. Education has a very important role in shaping humans who have good insight and character when learning mathematics. Therefore, teachers are encouraged to utilize technology as a medium so that learning is not boring while implementing character values for students. The use of animated videos is one option for teachers to make learning more innovative. This study aims to develop Islamic Character Based Mathematic Animation Video (MAV) learning media, determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of Islamic Character Based Mathematic Animation Video (MAV). The method used in this research is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects in this study were students of SMPN 50 Bandung and Itikurih Hibarna Junior High School, media experts, and material experts and the object of this research was the development of Mathematic Animation Video (MAV) Based on Islamic Character. The results showed that Islamic Character-Based Mathematic Animation Video (MAV) received a high validity score with an average of 92.25% (very valid) from material experts and media experts, scored 84% (very practical) in terms of media practicality and was quite effective in using mathematics learning with a presentation of 50%.
