Abstract
INDONESIA : Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa menjadi salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimiliki siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Oleh sebab itu pembelajaran Peer Lesson menjadi alternatif agar siswa merasa nyaman dalam pembelajaran matematika dan menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri yang ada dalam salah satu indikator self-confidence. Tujuan penelitian ini: (a). Bagaimana keterlaksanaan pembelajaran matematika siswa dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Peer Lesson, (b). Apakah terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa antara siswa yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Peer Lesson dengan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional, (c). Apakah terdapat perbedaan peningkatan self-confidence siswa yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Peer Lesson dengan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (a). Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran kelas dengan strategi pembelajaran Peer Lesson memperoleh presentase dengan kategori baik, (b). Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis antara siswa yang memperoleh strategi pembelajaran peer lesson dengan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional, (c). Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan self-confidence antara siswa yang memperoleh strategi pembelajaran peer lesson dengan siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran konvensional. ENGLISH : Students' mathematical communication abilities are one of the abilities that students must have in learning mathematics. Therefore, Peer Lesson learning is an alternative so that students feel comfortable in learning mathematics and foster self-confidence which is one of the self-confidence indicators. The objectives of this research: (a). How is student mathematics learning carried out using the Peer Lesson learning strategy, (b). Is there a difference in increasing students' mathematical communication skills between students who use the Peer Lesson learning strategy and students who use conventional learning, (c). Is there a difference in increasing the self-confidence of students who use the Peer Lesson learning strategy and students who use conventional learning? This research method uses a quasi-experimental method. The results of this research are: (a). The implementation of classroom learning with the Peer Lesson learning strategy obtained a percentage in the good category, (b). There is a difference in the increase in mathematical communication skills between students who receive peer lesson learning strategies and students who receive conventional learning, (c). There is a difference in increasing self-confidence between students who receive peer lesson learning strategies and students who receive conventional learning models.
