Abstract
INDONESIA: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan insecure pada remaja. Insecure diterjemahkan sebagai perasaan tidak aman, merupakan perasaan yang selalu dialami oleh setiap individu. Pergolakan ini akan memicu perasaan insecure atau rasa tidak aman, yang bisa berdampak negatif pada berbagai aspek kehidupan. Guru BK (Bimbingan Konseling) daam hal ini membantu remaja mengatasi perilaku insecure. Komunikasi konseling Islami merupakan salah satu pendekatan penting dalam proses konseling, terutama dalam membantu individu yang berfokus pada integrasi nilai-nilai dan ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi konseling Islami terhadap perilaku insecure. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah diduga terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi konseling Islami terhadap perilaku insecure. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan komunikasi konseling Islami dan variabel terikat merupakan insecure pada anggota ekstrakulikuler IRMA Al-Fatta. Teori penelitian ini menggunakan teori Melani Greenberg yang mengemukakan bahwa insecure terdiri karena penolakan, kecemasaan sosial, dn perfeksionisme. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan penyebaran angket/kuisioner yang berisikan daftar pernyataan dengan jawaban skala likert. Daftar pernyataan dibuat berdasarkan dimensi dan indikator dari variabel komunikasi konseling Islami dan variabel insecure. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan merupakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear sederhana, pengujian hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan anggota IRMA Al-Fatta SMAN 1 Talaga sebanyak 102 siswa. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa komunikasi konseling Islami yang diterapkan oleh guru BK SMAN 1 Talaga berada pada katagori tinggi. Komunikasi konseling Islami yang diterapkan diantaranya meliputi: structuring, reflection, parafrase, leading, konfrontasi, klarifikasi, directing, interpretasi, initiating, informasi, pengajaran, kisah teladah, memberi tamsil, merencanakan, dan mengakhiri. Insecure pada anggota IRMA Al-Fatta SMAN 1 Talaga cukup beragam, termasuk insecure terkait kegagalan, kecemasan sosial dan perfeksionisme. Komunikasi konseling Islami terbukti efektif dalam membantu mengatasi insecure pada anggota IRMA Al-Fatta SMAN 1 Talaga. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan uji F, bahwa Fhitung lebih besar daripada Ftabel ialah 511.538 > 3.94 dah nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05, maka hipotesis nol (H0) yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi konseling Islami terhadap Insecure. Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0.836 atau 0.836 x 100 = 83.6% yang memiliki pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y) meupakan sebesar 83.6% dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh factor lain sebesar 16.4%. ENGLISH: This research is motivated by the problem of insecurity in adolescents. Insecure translates as a feeling of insecurity, a feeling that is always experienced by every individual. This upheaval will trigger feelings of insecurity, which can have a negative impact on various aspects of life. BK (Guidance Counselling) teachers in this case help adolescents overcome insecure behaviour. Islamic counselling communication is one of the important approaches in the counselling process, especially in helping individuals who focus on the integration of Islamic values and teachings. This study aims to analyse the effect of Islamic counselling communication on insecure behaviour. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant effect of Islamic counselling communication on insecure behaviour. The approach in this research is quantitative research. This research consists of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable in this study is the Islamic counselling communication approach and the dependent variable is insecure in IRMA Al-Fatta extracurricular members. This research theory uses Melani Greenberg's theory which suggests that insecurity consists of rejection, social anxiety, and perfectionism. The method in this study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires containing a list of statements with Likert scale answers. The list of statements is made based on the dimensions and indicators of the Islamic counselling communication variables and insecure variables. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The sample in this study were members of IRMA Al-Fatta SMAN 1 Talaga as many as 102 students. The results showed that the Islamic counselling communication applied by the counseling teacher of SMAN 1 Talaga was in the high category. Islamic counselling communication applied includes: structuring, reflection, paraphrasing, leading, confrontation, clarification, directing, interpreting, initiating, information, teaching, exemplary story, giving tamsil, planning, and ending. Insecurities in members of IRMA Al-Fatta SMAN 1 Talaga are quite diverse, including insecurities related to failure, social anxiety and perfectionism. Islamic counselling communication is proven to be effective in helping overcome insecurity in members of IRMA Al-Fatta SMAN 1 Talaga. These results are evidenced by the F test, that Fcount is greater than Ftable is 511.538 > 3.94 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then the null hypothesis (H0) which states that there is a significant influence between Islamic counselling communication on Insecure. The results of the Determination Coefficient Test obtained the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.836 or 0.836 x 100 = 83.6% which means that the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 83.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors of 16.4%.
