Abstract

INDONESIA : Personal branding merupakan istilah yang mengacu pada proses menciptakan citra diri yang ingin dikenali oleh khalayak. Perkembangan digital saat ini mempermudah seseorang untuk membangun personal branding melalui media sosial, salah satunya adalah akun Instagram @pinkanpad. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menganalisis Instagram @pinkanpad dalam membangun proses personal branding yang merujuk kepada lima konsep personal branding Cirlcle-P yang digagas Silih Agung Wasesa, yaitu: Competency, Connectivity, Creativity, Compliance, Contributions. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dituangkan melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif pasif dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pinkan Putri dinilai telah mampu membangun personal branding-nya sesuai dengan lima konsep personal branding yang digagas Silih Agung Wasesa, yaitu Kompetensi yang ditunjukkan berdasarkan ciri khas dirinya yaitu dari style berpakaian dan melakukan aksi ekstrim, Konektivitas yang ditunjukkan berdasarkan kegiatan Live dan Meet and Greet, Kreativitas yang ditunjukkan berdasarkan style berpakaian dan aksi ekstrim, Nilai kepatuhan yang ditunjukkan berdasarkan kesesuaian konten dengan aturan yang berlaku dan Kontribusi ditunjukkan berdasarkan bantuan kepada masyarakat sekitar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Content Creator Pinkan Putri menggunakan media sosial Instagram dengan mengacu pada lima konsep yang digagas oleh Silih Agung Wasesa untuk membangun personal branding. ENGLISH : Personal branding is a term that refers to the process of creating a self-image that the audience wants to recognize. Current digital developments make it easier for someone to build personal branding through social media, one of which is the @pinkanpad Instagram account. This research aims to be able to analyze Instagram @pinkanpad in building a personal branding process that refers to the five Cirlcle-P personal branding concepts initiated by Silih Agung Wasesa, namely: Competency, Connectivity, Creativity, Compliance, Contributions. This research uses the constructivism paradigm by using a qualitative approach that is poured through qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, passive participatory observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Pinkan Putri is considered to have been able to build her personal branding in accordance with the five personal branding concepts initiated by Silih Agung Wasesa, namely Competence which is shown based on her distinctive characteristics, namely from the style of dress and doing extreme actions, Connectivity which is shown based on Live and Meet and Greet activities, Creativity which is shown based on the style of dress and extreme actions, the value of compliance which is shown based on the suitability of content with applicable rules and Contribution is shown based on assistance to the surrounding community. The conclusion of this research is that Content Creator Pinkan Putri uses Instagram social media by referring to the five concepts initiated by Silih Agung Wasesa to build personal branding.
