Abstract
This study aims to describe how the influence of social media, especially Instagram and TikTok on the mental health of the strawberry generation. This research uses quantitative methods with linear regression analysis techniques at a significance level of 5% or 0.05. The sample used was 40% of the total population of 400 students, namely 164 respondents. The data collection techniques that researchers use are questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques and supporting data. the results of this study refer to theoretical concepts and the results of statistical analysis conducted. Based on the analysis of the determination test results, it shows that the relationship between independent (X1), namely Instragram and (X2), namely Tiktok to (Y), namely mental health is 75.3%. Then the correlation between independent (X1), namely instagtam and (X2), namely Tiktok to (Y), namely mental health is also indicated by a value of 0.568 or 56.8%. This indicates that there is a correlation between the independent variables (X1) Instagram and (X2) Tiktok simultaneously on the dependent variable (Y) Mental Health. In other words, this research shows that there is a relationship between Instagram and TikTok with Strawberry Generation's Mental Health.
