Abstract
Banyaknya ujian akhir yang dihadapi saat kelas 12 menghadirkan tantangan bagi peserta didik yang berdampak pada timbulnya stres akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial, efikasi diri dan spiritualitas terhadap stres akademik peserta didik Madrasah Aliyah Persis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan sifat kausalitas dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Sebanyak 149 siswa terlibat sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini dan dikumpulkan melalui teknik sensus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh simultan dari dukungan sosial, efikasi diri dan spiritualitas terhadap stres akademik dengan nilai p = 0.001 (< 0.05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial, efikasi diri dan spiritualitas berperan sebagai protective factor dalam menurunkan tingkat stres akademik.
