Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah adanya pengaruh positif Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, dan Neuroticism terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling yang di mana mengambil data dari responden secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung. Populasinya sendiri berjumlah 210 karyawan. Penentuan jumlah sampelnya menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan hasilnya yang berjumlah 68 responden. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara luring atau offline. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji parsial T-test, uji simultan F-test, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Extraversion dan Agreeableness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan untuk variabel Openness, Conscientousness, dan Neuroticism tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta secara simultan Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, dan Neuroticism berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat determinasi sebesar 77,7% berdasarkan R Square. This research aims to prove whether there is a positive influence of Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism on Employee Performance at PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung partially and simultaneously. This research uses a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique which takes data from respondents randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. The population in this study are employees of PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung. The population itself is 210 employees. Determining the sample size used the Slovin formula with the result being 68 respondents. The distribution of questionnaires is carried out offline. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, partial T-test, simultaneous F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research discussion show that partially Extraversion and Agreeableness have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the Openness, Conscientiousness, and Neuroticism variables do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism have a significant effect on employee performance with a determination level of 77.7% based on R Square.
